Belt Training Programs
Lean Healthcare belt training programs
Our Lean programs are suitable for all health sector employees. If participants have prior Lean experience, they can often begin training at a more advanced level (such as Black Belt).
If you’re not sure what program is most suitable for you, please contact our Program Director.
This program provides participants with a practical application of advanced Lean Healthcare tools and techniques, as well as developing the appropriate process improvement, leadership and project/program management skills to drive the changes that are necessary for a successful Lean transformation.
This program develops an understanding of Lean and how it is applied across a variety of health settings. In addition to understanding the core Lean concepts, tools and practices, you will gain the capability and skills to facilitate health service improvement initiatives within your organization.
This program provides an overview of the core principles of Lean thinking. It also creates a basic proficiency in applying key Lean tools and practices across the health sector to increase service delivery efficiency and quality; improve patient and employee satisfaction and reduce waste.
This program establishes a basic understanding, awareness and appreciation for Lean in the health sector. It also provides entry and foundational knowledge for more advanced Lean programs to expand capabilities and skill sets.
